Below is the dosing FOR THE OLD FORMULATION WHICH IS BEING PHASED OUT.
(80mg per 0.8ml):
6-12 Pounds: 1/2 Droppers
13-18 Pounds: 1 Droppers
19-24 Pounds: 1_1/2 Droppers
25-29 Pounds: 2 Droppers
30-36 Pounds: 2_1/2 Droppers
37-41 Pounds: 3 Droppers
42-47 Pounds: 3_1/2 Droppers
48-55 Pounds: 4 Droppers
Dosing is every 4 hours.
