    1. Tylenol (Acetaminophen) Drops - Top

    Dosing Chart for Tylenol (Acetaminophen) Drops (80mg per 0.8ml) In general acetaminophen is dosed as 15mg per kilogram every 4 hours:

    6-12 Pounds: 1/2 Droppers
    13-18 Pounds: 1 Droppers
    19-24 Pounds: 1_1/2 Droppers
    25-29 Pounds: 2 Droppers
    30-36 Pounds: 2_1/2 Droppers
    37-41 Pounds: 3 Droppers
    42-47 Pounds: 3_1/2 Droppers
    48-55 Pounds: 4 Droppers

    Dosing is every 4 hours.
