    Dosing Chart for Tylenol (Acetaminophen) Adult Tablets (325mg) In general acetaminophen is dosed as 15mg per kilogram every 4 hours up to the maximum adult dose:

    56-66 Pounds: 1 Tablet
    67-77 Pounds: 1 Tablet
    78-88 Pounds: 1_1/2 Tablets
    89-105 Pounds: 2 Tablets
    106-117 Pounds: 2 Tablets
    117-140 Pounds: 2 Tablets
    140+ Pounds: 2 Tablets

    Dosing is every 4 hours
