    14. Tylenol (Acetaminophen) Elixir - Top

    Dosing Chart for Tylenol (Acetaminophen) Elixir (160mg per tsp) In general acetaminophen is dosed as 15mg per kilogram every 4 hours up to the maximum adult dose:

    6-12 Pounds:  1/4 Teaspoon
    13-18 Pounds: 1/2 Teaspoon
    19-24 Pounds: 3/4 Teaspoon
    25-29 Pounds: 1 Teaspoon
    30-36 Pounds: 1_1/4 Teaspoons
    37-41 Pounds: 1_1/2 Teaspoons
    42-47 Pounds: 1_3/4 Teaspoons
    48-55 Pounds: 2 Teaspoons
    56-66 Pounds: 2_1/2 Teaspoons
    67-77 Pounds: 3 Teaspoons
    78-88 Pounds: 3_1/2 Teaspoons
    89-105 Pounds: 4 Teaspoons
    106-117 Pounds: 4_1/2 Teaspoons
    117-140 Pounds: 5 Teaspoons
    140+ Pounds: 6 Teaspoons

    Dosing is every 4 hours.
