    Dosing Chart for Tylenol (Acetaminophen) Chewable Tablets (160mg) In general acetaminophen is dosed as 15mg per kilogram every 4 hours up to the maximum adult dose:

    25-29 Pounds: 1 Tablet
    30-36 Pounds: 1 Tablet
    37-41 Pounds: 1_1/2 Tablets
    42-47 Pounds: 1_1/2 Tablets
    48-55 Pounds: 2 Tablets
    56-66 Pounds: 2_1/2 Tablets
    67-77 Pounds: 3 Tablets
    78-88 Pounds: 3_1/2 Tablets
    89-105 Pounds: 4 Tablets
    106-117 Pounds: 4_1/2 Tablets
    117-140 Pounds: 5 Tablets
    140+ Pounds: 6 Tablets

    Dosing is every 4 hours.
