    9. Motrin Infant Drops - Top

    Dosing Chart for Advil/Motrin (Ibuprophen) Drops In general Ibuprophen is dosed as 10 mg per kilogram every 6 hours up to the maximum adult dose:

    12-18 Pounds: 1.25 ml or cc
    19-24 Pounds: 1.875 ml or cc
    25-29 Pounds: 2.5 ml or cc
    30-36 Pounds: 3 ml or cc
    37-41 Pounds: 3.75 ml or cc
    42-47 Pounds: 4.25 ml or cc
    48-55 Pounds: 5 ml or cc

    Dosing is every 6 hours.
