    7. My child is 14 months old and still no sign of any teeth. When should I become concerned? - Top

while most infants start teething around 4 months and erupt their bottom
incisors around 7 months, many infants don't have teeth visible past 12
months. In addition it is very rare to have a condition where there arent
any teeth to erupt. for these reasons, I would wait patiently and expect
    them to come.

I would ask your doctor about this at the next
checkup (usually 15 or 18 months).
