    12. Boneless's Halloween - Top

    Boneless's Halloween

    There once was a skeleton who's name was Boneless. His father was a vampire. His mommy was a mummy. Boneless could not wait until Halloween. He just hoped Frankenstein (the class bully) was not there to get him.

    When Halloween came Boneless started trick or treating. "It is too bad Gnager the gnome is not here to go trick or treating with me" he said to himself. "You better start trick or treating before it gets dark" called his mummy from the house.

    First he went to Mr. Werewolf's house not noticing that Frankenstein was following him. When he got to Mr. Werewolf's house he knocked on the door. Mr. Werewolf answered the door. "Trick or treat!" screamed Boneless and another familiar voice. Frankenstein pushed Boneless out of the way from behind. "Don't worry!" said a voice that sounded like Gnager's voice. Out of the ground came Gnager the gnome up under Frankenstein. Frankenstein went flying through the air. He landed in the pumpkin patch next door.

    The pumpkins started using Halloween magic on Frankenstein. "Ha!" yelled Gnager. "Weweewe!" squealed a bat from behind. Boneless wondered, could this be Boneless's father? "Verly Goood shot!" said Boneless's father (the vampire). "Bye dad!" shouted Boneless while he was walking off to trick or treat some more.

    Boneless went to the next closest house. Gnager the gnome was about to knock on the door when he saw a big F on the door. "Uh oh" said Gnager. "That must mean that this is Frankenstein's house or... Frankenstein got an F on his report card and they're celebrating it. Either way, I'm willing to knock on this door." So he did.

    Frankenstein's dad, who had risen from the dead to eat goldfish on Halloween, answered the door. As soon as Frankensein's dad opened the door, the pumpkins stared at him from thir patch. It was Boneless's but not Gnager's first time seeing him. Gnager had once seen him at Bony Lanes.

    The pumpkins automatically started throwing pumpkin pies at him. Then they ate a few pumpkin pies. "Cannibals!" yelled Frankenstein's dad to the pumpkins. Boneless and Gnager the gnome started laughing so hard that they almost fell into the pumpkin patch.

    Boneless and Gnager went trick or treating all night long. When they got home they fell asleep and dreamed about all the fun they had on Halloween. - Updated: May 4, 2001
